JOSEP PEDRÓ HAS WON THE XI CUENCA BAJA.

Dakar veteran Josep Pedró, with his Husqvarna FE 450, has won the XI Rallye TT de Cuenca's more than 300-kilometer course. The rider from Barcelona was very fast and technical in an exciting race from start to finish.

The second step on the podium went to young Aragonese rider Sergio Salvador with his GASGAS EC 450; and third was Urko Garmendia, also with a Husqvarna FE, who could have won the rally but a penalty dropped him to third place.

The riders praised the Raid as magnificent, stating that it was a golden finale to the Spanish Championship, due to its superb combination of challenging trial sections with a very tough track and very fast roads.
